Network Switch Recommendation?

Hey folks, what type of network switches do you use and/or deploy at your job? At our smaller sites/branches, we deploy Cisco 3750 PoE but for reasons (long story), we have to switch to something else so just looking for suggestions on 24-48 port switches with the following requirements:
- Managed, with VLAN support and 802.1Q trunking
- POE
- A CLI would be nice
- Something recognized by Solarwinds Orion would be nice too
Any recommendations? I was thinking along the lines of Cisco's Small Business but just getting other suggestions & recommendations
