I'm new here and have a decent knowledge of navigating netsuite and saved searches so I'm not advanced but have the basics. I have a saved search for sales orders so I can schedule backorders and I want to be able to see if orders are scheduled to ship already for a future date by having one of the results be the ship date for the entire order (we key in multiple items and set the main ship date as the items come in). The backorder report I have is a transaction search but it lists items with unfulfilled quantities. Our items will usually have a "ship date" on the item line unrelated to the order ship date. Whenever I run this search, the ship date in the report almost never matches the scheduled ship date for the order. Is there a way to make this show up correctly or show up blank when there is no current scheduled ship date?
Example, one result says the ship date was August but the ship date on the order is actually for today. Some will have a 2022 ship date at random. I just need the scheduled ship date for the order as a whole.
I hope this wasn't too horrible to follow but let me know if you have any questions because I know I probably explained it terribly.
