I’m a developer who just started at a company that implemented NSPB, and I’ve been put in charge of the tool. But I’m having difficulty wrapping my head around all its technical and administrative functionality. The company hired an ACS NSPB person but they’re pretty unreliable when it comes to having questions answered and issues resolved.

Any advice or recommendations when it comes to learning this thing? We’re looking to hire an implementation consultant to re-do our previous implementation as the individual did a pretty botched job. Are there resources I can go over to understand it? Right now I’m trying to do a basic data exchange between our NS production and NSPB with one saved search.
