I’m a 26 year old working in finance consulting with an accounting background (think building financial models, dcfs etc) making $ >130k but I was thinking of switching into erp implementation consulting.
I graduated 4 years ago and am on a good career trajectory but would rather work with software and financial systems as opposed to building financial models.
For someone experienced in consulting, what can I do to transition into more of the erp implementation space. I know I’ll likely have to take a pay cut since I’ll be starting from scratch, but is there anything I can do to minimize the cut?
