Which big box expansion for a new player?

Hi everyone,
I've got quite a few data packs (all the absolute essentials I think) and am looking to buy a big box expansion. I'm not sure which to get! Creation and control seems the most expensive to acquire by some margin. I play each faction roughly equally. What are your thoughts?
Is creation and control out of print? Should I definitely buy it now so that it won't go up even more
