What happens if I use Wormhole to trigger a Howler located in a different server?

Specifically: Where does the new ICE go and which card is trashed?

My theory is that the new ICE will show up behind where the howler is and the howler is trashed. If they were in the same server that leads me to believe I could get multiple ICE out of the same howler since howler will not be trashed until the run ends.

Next question: If I use wormhole to activate a builder in another server which server is affected? Again I would assume the one containing the builder.

I really like wormhole, but need to understand exactly how it works. Have there been any clarifications on that?
