tl;dr - I wanted to try a Blue Sun deck that wasn't focused on murder or normal glacier antics, and decided to try to build a deck that would leverage Biotic Labor and Atlas. The basic idea was to invest in a single strong remote, then tear it down with the ability over the last couple of turns to fund Biotic combos, using Panic Button Atlas tokens to draw into what you need. It worked, but it's unnecessary. Just play Blue Sun the normal way.

This deck is far from streamlined or efficient. I have a lot of things I would change to make it work better, but I don't really see the point. The deck worked but it wasn't necessary. It's just as easy to create a scoring window or throw a Sea Source in there and go a nukin'.
