Hello everyone!
The Wandering Dragon in Plainfield, IL is kicking off the next season of Netrunner! Details for the weekly game night season can be found at this Meetup. Additionally, they will be hosting a store championship on March 8th. Details for the store championship are at this Meetup. Registration for the Store Championship is limited to 32 players.
I do not work for the shop, however I do run the Organized Play and will be TO'ing the Store Championship. If you have any questions please feel free to ask and I'll answer to the best of my ability.

After clarification from FFG, an additional mulligan will not be provided for players. The store owner had asked FFG this a few weeks ago and the customer service rep either misunderstood or didn't know the official policy. League regulars will be receiving a discounted entry fee.
