hey everyone, im planning to buy a flat in amsterdam within the ring but confused with the canon at the moment. is it really worth to overbid for the flat which is leaseground that s not even paid at all.
i heard the price for ground lease costs like 25-30k to buy forever so would that be the price impact or there is more due to having flat with leaseground and uncertainty for the future prices
