How many times can you come in ‘late’ at work technically?
Post Body

As a 20 year old i’m gonna start working fulltime soon, I have always had issues waking up, sometimes missing the alarms (having zero control over the issue aswell)

So i’m curious, how many times or how often can you come in late in a certain job? I know the mentality seems weak but say you have a fulltime time job, is there a certain threshold that fires something in a company?

I have had parttime jobs prior, I had a day or two that I came in late, it never was a problem but the times were past 1pm too which makes it impossible to come in late, how does any nig coorperation look at this?

Late once a week for a month = possability to be kicked out immediately? Is there any ruling for it.

EDIT; for anyone questioning my sleep: Doctors have no good solution to it, sleeping early/late does not dictate anything for me, changing my sleeping schedule or even activities before sleeping (no screen for 1hr, reading, meditating before bed) does also not help.

My sleep is very weird and unexplainable, I realized that 4-6 hours is the ‘perfect’ sleep for me (Always wake up energized and in the best mood with sleep between 4-6 hours) but sometimes my deep sleep happen later/earlier than usual, which basically makes it impossible for me to wake up at say 7:30am if I get the deepsleep around it, and it can take up to 2 hours.

I also have a ‘good’ alarm clock on a sleep app called ‘sleep cycle’ which tends to help but again, there is a small chance of me getting a long deep sleep right before I have to wake up, only real solution to wake up in deep sleep for me is another human being actually waking me up or my dream somehow coming back to reality

EDIT 2.0:

I’m sure many people will think ‘idc enough’ but to put things in perspective, I have skipped sleeping every sunday to be ‘guarenteed awake’ at school in mondays couple years ago, currently when I notice/feel that I won’t be able to wake up (which my gut feeling almost always is spot on with somehow) I skip the night to work, it’s wat deeper than just ‘sleeping earlier’ or ‘having a rhytm’ I wish my brain was that simplistic
