Sep 6th 6th Official Netheward Town Meeting

Location: Netherward Town Hall

Meeting start: 5:05pm.

Topic 1: LOM Diplomacy subreddit

*Ex recieved msg from the account. The Mod seems very out of the loop on district politics. We have no idea who he/she is.

*Seems to be a little bit empty, low on activity of current politicians

*While we do need a hub of communication (in light of the possibility of an UN in the NW), we should not be giving control over to a random person

*Should stick around and see if it gains traction, respond later.

Decision: Ignore for now. Check in later.

Topic 2: Threat towards neutrality

*Rumors that districts will be forced by the lords to be rebel or loyalist, no in between. Mentioned by Lord Willikers a while ago.

*Consequence of being rebel? Death.

*Worst case: We will be forced to chose individually and be restricted from playing until you make a choice.

*Choice seems personal. Politically, the council should remain neutral. The same applies to the town.

*May have to reshuffle council reps.

*UN building in NW guild plot.

Decision: Wait until implemented to make decision.

Topic 3: Content for NW wiki

*Exeroth has been adding sections to wiki, need to know if there is anything else that needed to be added/modified

*Attraction list/Business list

*Map would be welcoming. Is there a map maker? Current available map is old, but may still use the roads

*What lore should be added? Backstory, Magic theories/science research, etc. The community will submit then vote on what should be included. Cud is able to give more people permissions.

Decision: Exeroth will add attraction list, and will currently accept submissions to the wiki via text posts on reddit. More discussion next week on lore. We will use the old world map for paths to begin mapping

Topic 3.5: Who will map the district?

*Business committee. Numbers/Solar will need to talk to the others first though.

*CrazyMonkeyMcGee will be a back up.

Topic 4: Halloween events

*A calendar has been established, some events still need hosts

*Texas is organization a checkers tournament, will need volunteers later.

*Hello looking for more people to help with haunted house.

*A reddit post should be put up so people can express their interests in positions.

*Advertisement strategies.

*Each district subreddit page, need permissions first though.

*Word of mouth.

*Viral campaign: Reverse trick-o-treat/zombie walk.

Topic 5: Additional topics

*RP census is up

*Ban bipen for defiling sacred tree. Motion retracted.

*Make bipen honourary citizen. Motion also retracted.

*Bandit problem. Meh.
