Aug 1st, 2014 Town meeting minutes

Topic 1: Event day.

*Games proposed: All PMC games. Town/block parties. District tours.

*Times: Friday after Townhall meeting, Weekends.

*Propose 2 groups to include both NA and EU residents.

*Communication method: Teamspeak suggested.

Decision: Sat, 3pm EST. Edit: Saturdays after weekly town meeting. Biweekly. Thanks to Puzzle for the correction!

Topic 2: Event committee

*Good idea? Yes for majority.

*Cudzer has volunteered.

Decision: Yes to event committee. Cudzer, Hello, Texas, Zack and Exomino volunteer to be part of the committee.

Topic 3: Banner/Symbol for the NetherWard

*Do we need one? May be necessary for political reasons

*to ID us from other districts, ID council members, etc.

*Currently no major need for one.

*Use current skulls being used. No color restrictions.

Decision: No decision, but we recognize the skulls current usage.

Topic 4: Rules and policies

Garble of discussion unrecorded

*No rules and policies for citizens, but should define how council works and votes.

Topic 5: Rebel presence and influence in the Ward

*Less rule following due to influence.

*Affects how other districts view us, and lords interaction with ward.

*Their actions does affect the ward.

*Some say it may draw more people to the ward.

Topic 6: LPD near district

*Lots of people don't like their presence there. Dictatorship like.

*They have agreed to stay out of the ward.

*We have our own HTPD.

*LPD could do with reminder not to come in.

*Tell citizens to ignore them. Citizens cannot get arrested by them as we have not agreed to their governance.

Topic 7: Southshire disdain towards DeadBones

*Not our business. Let everyone respect their lords.

Topic 8:New meeting times

*More available to people.

*Weekends before event?

Decision: 5-6 pm EST, Saturdays.

Topic 9: Official time zone

*Time converter suggested.

*Most people at the meeting seems to be EST.

Decision: EST is the official timezone. We'll try to convert when we can.

Topic 10: New council

*How long every vote? Still every week.

*Currently seven vacant spots. As long as odd number, it'll be fine.

*Event committee every other week.

Decision: 7 members. Exeroth, Puzzleprism, Chahiro, Bonesong, Mrhello, Cayen, Texasparrow.

Topic 11: Halloween!

*Great, Large, Event. Lots of work!

*Politicians need to represent us, shops need to stock up.

*We will gain lots of members. Get some land ghosts.

*Rent may be going up, so stock up rent to 45/45 days.

*Stores have been disabled, so can't buy with real currency.

Topic 12: Honorary resident for Cat?

*More like a tourist attraction and district pet. Need to ask for permission first.

Topic 13: Should we be able to sell our souls to DeadBones.

*It's an option.

*Leave the soul legal documents in the townhall archives/vault for him to collect later.
