What country has the hobbit? Help please

I was hoping to watch the hobbit films (specifically the last 2). Is it on Netflix in any country? I tried one time using Surfshark to make it look like I was in England, but it didn’t seem to work.
Edit: I’m often using Netflix on my phone. I don’t know if that makes a difference in relation to using a vpn at the same time
