Thoughts on the beginning of S4 and the possible time jump

Post Body

At the end of S3 there are 2 cliffhangers : Maeve going to the US and Jean’s baby daddy.

Spoiler : Laurie Nunn revealed in an interview that Jakob isn’t the father.

So if there is a time jump for Maeve to come back at the beginning or let’s say during S4, do you think that Jean will reveal the DNA results to Jakob offscreen during the 2 months time jump ? Or, will she make the same mistake as for her pregnancy and not reveal it to Jakob ?

I think it would be weird for us not to see the reveal since it’s a really big deal. And I could see Jean trying to hide it from everyone resulting in a huge drama during the season.

So the possibilities are :

  • S4 starts just after the end of S3, Jean reveals the whole thing resulting into drama then 2 months time jump to have Maeve back. (weird possibility)

  • S4 starts 2 months after the S3, Jean keeps it secret and it is revealed during the season and Otis has to deal with this and Maeve’s return. (the most likely to me)

  • S4 starts 2 months after the S3, Jean did reveal the DNA result during the time jump, and we only see the consequences and Maeve’s return.

There is also the issue with Moordale, could the students have 2 months without school and then somehow Moordale gets some news investors ? Or, is Moordale definitely out of the picture and they will attend new schools or do home school ?

What are your thoughts ?
