Netflix just showing a black screen for the last couple of minutes of each episode - is this happening to anyone else?

I want to watch the whole episode and not miss the character facial expressions (especially during important scenes). It’s really irritating and has exclusively been happening in the last 3 mins of each episode this series.
Is this happening to anyone else?
