Nest and navien

I recently had a navien tankless unit installed and ordered the nest pro learning. Is it expected there will be an issue like I’ve read about? Is it only certain units?

Tankless units also function as the supply for your radiators as well. They are commonly referred to as “combi” units. Taking the place of a boiler and hot water heater
