E74 Errors on Installation

Hey all,
I just bought a Nest Learning Thermostat from Costco today to replace my Honeywell T40, which was working fine. After installing the Nest, I'm seeing E74 errors, not sure what the problem is. This is a newly built house, so not an age related failure. Do you have any ideas?
