HELP! My Nest Does Whatever it Wants

Hi! I should've asked here sooner, but why is it that when I set my nest to a certain temperature, a little while later it resets? For example, earlier I set it to 68F on cool mode. I come back a little while later and it says it's set to 75F. Why is this???!!! It drives me insane!!! I've Googled, looked on YouTube at what to do, and I can't figure it out! Can someone please assist? I want it to set at whatever I put it at, and if it gets warmer than that, THEN kick on and re-cool to the set temperature.
