Update: Blastfire repairs - how does these pieces go together?

I've been trying to repair a Blastfire DX 500 that I picked up as part of a thrift and I have encountered a small problem.
I know the return spring for the prime has sproinged it's last sproing at some point in its life, but I'm not sure how these pieces fit together. Any help is greatly appreciated.
