A quick preface for why I'm posting, I just recently started coming down from a deep depression after ending a close and long-lasting relationship that I was banking my future on so I'm looking for someone serious who wants to help fill that void in my life and help me to move on together. And lastly, please, please don't message me unless you've fully read my post in it's entirety and have mostly similar tastes as I'm unlikely to respond to low effort or incompatible replies. Unless we're really likeminded, I don't see things really going much of anywhere.

I'm looking for someone who wants to actively do things together that we like, whether that be watching movies/anime, sharing art, and memes, playing games together, or even just sitting in a VC and talking to one another and hanging out. I want someone who's invested in being together, sharing our love for similar interests, and will try to do so. Someone to lay in bed and just call with, talking to all night until we fall asleep together.

To describe myself, I'm tall, 6'2, white, and my build is stocky, I wear glasses and I have fairly long hair. I go to the gym regularly though I'm not visibly very muscular as I mostly do strength training to stay healthy.

I spend much of my time on my PC or phone, watching YouTube/anime/movies, browsing Twitter for art and memes, listening to music, or playing games with friends. I'm very caring, attentive, probably autistic, apolitical, extremely patient, silly pilled, and a little lazy. On the flip side, I suffer from some pretty bad depression and anxiety, so please be patient with me.

I'm also strictly monogamous and a hopeless romantic so expect me to be clingy if things go well and we hit it off.

My physical preference for men leans a lot more toward the boyish or effeminate side but things can still work out as long as you're not too masculine, overweight, or muscular. I also like Asian guys, southeast Asian to be specific, and younger guys a lot, so bonus points there but it's not a requirement. I do however feel uncomfortable dating older guys, so things might not work if you're over 5 years older then I am.

I'm perfectly okay with long-distance relationships so don't feel afraid to message me if you don't live close.

My interests mainly consist of nerdy shit, games, movies, history, firearms, and military paraphernalia in general (big fan of anime girls with guns), weeb stuff (anime, manga, Japanese culture, gunpla (gundam model kits)), watching YouTube, and browsing twitter for art (really big into sharing art and shit with friends!) and memes. When it comes to games, I've played more than I can remember. Anything from RPG, Visual novels, Mil-sim, immersive sims, looter-shooter, RTS, strategy/4x to FPS, and more.A few games and series I love are Dark Souls, Metal Gear, Fallout, Death Stranding, Armored Core, Ace Combat, Stalker, Persona, SMT, Tarkov, Ghost Recon, SWAT 4, Silent Hill, Project Zomboid, Hearts of Iron 4, Resident Evil, Devil May Cry, Halo, Katawa shoujo, Black souls, Valkyria Chronicles, and Deus Ex.

If I had to pick an all-time favorite game, it'd be Fallout New Vegas.

For movies and shows, my favorites are The Thing, Generation Kill, Fargo, True Detective (seasons 1 and 3), Blood Diamond, Utopia (the British one), Mindhunter, The Death of Stalin, Starship Troopers, Брат, The Beast of War, Iron Giant, Reservoir dogs, The green room, Heat, The Good the Bad and the Ugly, Falling down, No country for old men, Drive, and Blade runner.

The YouTubers I love to watch are Red Letter Media, Cryaotic, Two best friends play, SsethTzeentach, Mandalore Gaming, Warlockracy, Marsh, Hoplopfheil, Garand Thumb, Task & Purpose, Uncle Dane, Jobby the Hong, Stimpee, Vinesauce, Jerma, Albinovevo, Ratlobber, Primitive Tech, Cold ones, Captain disillusion, ymfah and Steve from MRE info!

Some of the bands I love are Red Vox, Kino, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Talking Heads, 5'nizza, The strokes, Interpol, Radiohead, Tool, Steve Conte, System of a down, The Seatbelts, The Pillows, Nautilus Pompilius, Muse, Mr.Kitty, Mcbaise, Lemon Demon, Gorillaz, GACKT, Frank Klepacki, Crystal Castles, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Brown Bird, Blue October and The Delgados. I also listen to shitloads of game OST's.

As for anime and manga, that's probably where my main interest lies. I've watched 500 anime and read around 200 or so manga. When it comes to shows, a few of my favorites are; Trigun, Monogatari, Call of the Night, MUSHI-SHI, N-H-K, FLCL, Steins;Gate, Made in Abyss, Kino's Journey (2003), Hellsing Ultimate, Gundam, Dorohedoro, Space Dandy, Big O, Ergo Proxy, Berserk (1997), Desert Punk, Evangelion, Ghost in the Shell SAC, and Gurren Lagann.

My favorite anime is Cowboy Bebop.
