Two questions to my cute Nephentes plant

What variety is this? The pot says Nephentes hybrid..but what hybrid? 😀 And will the size of the pitcher pots increase by age or will they always stay that size seen in the picture?
My plant throws one leaf per one week but it seems the pitchers themselves stay the same size? Or does my plant need anything else to grow a bigger size? I assume it's just her age because she is young and when older she will produce larger pitchers but maybe I'm wrong and someone can tell me?
