I grew up in a very toxic Sarkari school where you would get beaten up with Sticks for the bare minimum.

Why is it still a thing? Progressive countries have strict laws and would get Human rights/ Child rights involved if found.

Why Nepal? Those who got beaten up in the class the most, were the one’s who didn’t do well in my class.
