M in mid 20's 5'11. I was a regular at gym but due to some leg injuries and some personal matters couldn't attend gym for 2~3 month now I've put on some weight on my abdominal areas. I've had some hardship reaching my PR but I'm just there after a week or so.
I'm thinking of going on a cut and loose some weight. As per I know my body it isn't losing weight as I did before so it would take about 3 months to reach my previous phesique unless I go for a cut. So I want some enlightment about your diet and kind of regiment you follow whole week. How many variation for each muscles how many sets, time between each sets, cardio regiment, abs workout.
I used train two muscles in a day before I took my break, now I'm just training 1 muscles group a day.
