what is racist food ??

for the Nepalese living abroad specially US where does the stereotype of racist food came from i.e. fried chicken, watermelon, kool aid ,corn bread and such.
As someone who had been in Nepal since birth I don't know much about racism against black except from what i learnt from internet and TV
