Do people really keep the cars Steve gives them in the videos?

May be a dumb question but do the people actually keep the cars Steve gives them in the videos? Not like I’m saying Steve takes them away but insurance on my 2005 car is expensive I can only imagine how much it is for these super expensive new cars in la or Miami or wherever he gives them at. I know some of the people make a decent living who he gives them too but some are just regular people or smaller members of nelk… idk just a random thought I had lol
