If not allowed just delete and let me know thanks almost down 100lbs from 420lbs...at 324lbs lost 50lbs in 90days but gained 10lbs back from 7days grub fest for holidaze. Now back on intermittent fasting daily and then once a week will do 24hr fast/48hr/72hr/96hr . Wish me luck
