Ok folks: trying to be a good neighbor but I need so practical help. My neighbors party a lot. I mean daily with 10-30 people . Their garage/driveway is against my bedroom wall. This is where they partyThey have all their seating facing our yard with only a 4ft chain link fence separating. They stare at us if we are outside and make us feel uncomfortable. They also smoke pot heavily and constantly . I don’t judge but when it’s so heavy I cough in my backyard and am concerned about me getting drug tested , it’s a bit much. Besides making a cloth wall using a clothesline, what else can I do? They are not friendly/nice people and are equally mean to their dogs and kids. (USPS has black listed their address for delivery due to their dogs attacking carriers)

I deserve to be able to use my backyard.
