Nefazodone and Finasteride?

I’m taking finasteride for my hair loss. Would it be dangerous to mix it with Nefazodone since they both affect cyp3a4 in the liver?

I’ve wanted to try Nefazodone for a while now but I’m scared due to its effects on the liver. I already get screened every few months due to finasteride’s effects on the liver.

I’m on Lamotrigine right now for my c-ptsd caused hyper-vigilance and the Lamotrigine helps due to its glutamate lowering effects but I was thinking of switching to nefadozone as its supposed to help with both c-ptsd and anxiety.
