I want to chat and be distracted

I have so many stresses in my life right now, and I'm not coping with them well. I've been drinking a lot more than I normally would, which has set back the excellent work I had made losing weight and getting fit.
I'm not really looking to chat about my stresses or depression, I just want to chat to anyone as a distraction. I'm 37 m from Australia, bisexual and happy to chat to males or females. Please be over 18.
