Hello there. I'm a foreign student in London, and I've been really struggling with my masters and with being alone and lonely. I have always been independent, even lived on my own in another country (besides home, I mean), been a good student, and have been successful in my career back home. I know that failure, or the prospect of it, is a valuable lesson but it has nonetheless hit me hard, and I feel like I'm starting the year with zero confidence/self-esteem and zero passion for what I'm studying (journalism).

I'm looking for new friends who wouldn't mind if I vent now and then... because the things I said above are the main reasons I need more people to talk to. Apart from the drama, I'm into creative and geeky stuff. My biggest fandoms are Doctor Who, Star Trek, and Star Wars. I love cats. I'm currently playing Blank Space nonstop. I'm obviously not very cool but I don't really care, haha.
