Hi there! I've been on reddit for quite some time, looking for friends here and there, and I haven't had a whole bunch of luck, but I think that's because the kind of friendship I'm looking for is a little more unique than usual. If you're interested in being my friend, take a look at what I'm looking for below:

I would like another male friend (at least 21 years old) who could be like a brother to me. I want to be friends with a guy who is very kind, caring, and positive. I want to be able to depend on this person to reach out to me first, to put a smile on my face and let me know they're there for me.

I want someone who is completely accepting of me. I'm a gay married man and happily so, but if my ideal friend is interested in taking things slightly further, thats ok because my husband is ok with me taking things slightly further with my guy friends (there are boundaries but we can talk about that). I just want this to be something we can be open to. I like the idea of having a good friend who's open to hugging me, cuddling with me, and showing affection.

I'm on the east coast of the US. I'll talk to you no matter where you're from, but if you're close to the New York area, it would be awesome if we could hangout. Some of my interests are books, Poetry, art, writing, cars, cats, and movies. I love going to the beach, traveling, and visiting museums. It would be wonderful if I could find someone who'd be interested in having some intellectual conversations.
