Hexmark vs Heavy Lokhust

So I've been messing around with an all destroyer list and plan on bringing at least 1 Hexmark and a unit if Lokhust Destroyers with an enmitic exterminator.
Should I drop the heavy destroyer for another hexmark? Seems like for 5 points i get a guy who always hits on 2s, can get up to 12 shots, is harder to kill as he is a character you can hide, and str 7 vs 6 in 9th ed isn't really much different.
I do however like the look of the heavy lokhust with the exterminator, so I'm not sure which to take.
