I am part of a slow grow league at my local. We are currently at 500 points and the more armies I see the worse this gets. Everyone has some sort of heal ability in their list and it's always so much more efficient than mine.
Tyranids can choose two swarm units per turn and heal 1d3 3 to each unit. That's 6 2d3 wounds for 1cp per turn.
A spiritseer can auto restore 1 wraithguard PER COMMAND PHASE. That's 6 wounds on a T7 body per round.
Guard can soend 2 cp everytime they lose a unit of dudes and throw a copy of them back into reserves to rapid ingress them. That's 20 wounds for 2 cp WITH NO LIMIT! We have a hard limit on our commander rezzes.
It's a joke. Our WHOLE thing is not dying and we have to work hard and combo models to get to a really good spot to heal. Everyone else just seems to get it handed to them trivially.
