Got flagged for Color Vision Deficiency, any help?

I DEPed into the navy, and was in the process of reclassing into nuclear, but I got flagged for colorblindness, and was told I cannot reclass into nuclear. Are there any waivers for this? Or am I screwed out of going nuke?
