Our payroll company screwed up and my boss had to mail a physical copy of my paycheck with the account number on the back of the check. The tracking number said it got there on the 25th(friday). Navy Federal made a partial deposit on monday and I've been waiting for 3 weeks now after countless phone calls and messages through the online portal. They escalated my tickets to management twice with no response. They keep giving me the excuse "they have to make sure it gets to your account) which makes no sense because they made a partial payment already. Customer service is acting like they just don't care and I can't just simply contact the department that's responsible for cashing the checks. At this point I am starting to feel like they stole from me. How am I suppose to handle this situation?
