Secured card hasn’t graduated yet

Hey so I got a secured credit card back in sept of last yr. I never missed a payment, never late and usually never over 40% usage. Now my credit isn’t the best it around 570-610 depends on what credit bureau you looking at but like i said never missed a payment. Why hasn’t my card graduated? Please any help or advice would be appreciated thanks
