Ahoy Nautlanders

I have changed the /r/Libra CSS around, which in turn was an edited version of the /r/CivcraftHKE CSS, which in turn was edited from something else whose name currently eludes me. It goes without saying that the CSS is held together by the code equivalent of duct tape and paperclips and frankly I have no idea why any of it works. If you have problems (and you probably will), let me know what's wrong. I don't know how to fix the situation in the top right. You may be wondering how to get back to the front page of the sub just by clicking the logo. The short answer is that it's broken and I doubt I'll ever be able to fix it properly. The left side of the stripe lets you click it for some reason.

If there are any colour changes you like, just say what you don't like and what you want changed. That I can do (probably).
