*pj's & bj's event is an informal relaxing fun time with all who have checked in for the weekend

SATURDAY GROUP BRUNCH @ 11 AM (LOCAL VENUE) PRE GAMING 2-4 PM @ HOTEL

EYES WIDE SHUT MASQUERADE BALL @ 8PM FIRST FLOOR OF THE HOTEL *eyes wide shut masquerade ball is considered a formal event with masks and gowns

Professional DJ will be located in the transformed conference area. Appetizer Buffet, Mixers, and Ice will be provided. THIS IS A BYOB EVENT WEEKEND.

Once payment is received for the RSVP for the weekend, the hotel reservation link for this weekend will be provided to you via text. PLEASE do NOT share the reservation link with ANYONE, ALL GUESTS need to go through ME to RSVP first to attend the events in order to be properly vetted and then reserve a room. This is how I keep everything organized and running smoothly. Group rate for rooms is $129 per night plus taxes and other hotel fees. ($30 upcharge for early check in prior to 3pm Friday)
