i (m21) have been friends with this girl (f21) for almost 10 years. we’ve been here for each other through thick and thin, she knows everything about me and i about her. ever since we graduated 3 years ago, we don’t see nor talk to each other very much since we moved to different cities, but each time we talk or meet it’s like we never left.

up until recently, i never thought of her that way. she’d been in a relationship for 4 years, and i had been seeing girls in the same period. but now, both of us are single. she’s supposed to visit in a couple weeks and i don’t know why but these last few days i began to fantasize about her. i don’t think i wanna be with her, as in a couple (even though i think we’d make a good match), i think i’m just sexually attracted to her.

i know that in some cases, having casual sex with a friend might work, and i think it could work for us, but what if it doesn’t ? what if i try to make a move or tell her about it and it just ruins our friendship? what do you think ?
