I(M38) have a nanny(F20) for two years now. She's great with my kid, he really enjoys spending time with her. She mostly helps out with him and some small stuff around the house. She's become very comfortable here and really makes herself at home which I appreciate. After I put my kid to bed she often stays to clean up, catch up on laundry (my kids & her own, which I don't mind), does some homework as she's currently studying dentistry at a local college. She always dresses very appropriate when looking after my kid. Lately when the kid is in bed she changes into yoga clothes or sweat shorts and tank top. Three days ago she caught me looking. I wasn't staring but didn't realize that I'd been looking at her for a couple seconds. We locked eyes, both smiled. She smiled in a way that said she was okay with it and liked it.
Since then our interactions have been normal, but I can't stop thinking about when we locked eyes. I kind of want to get caught looking again.
