Over 150 years after their initial departure from earth the Voyager probes Make first contact with the UN whilst in the unknown reigons of space, sending 5 blurry images over a period of two months (4 from V1, 1 from V2)

1. an Overhead view of a large swampy moon of a gas giant with no real continents to speak of and and endless archipelago (for an idea of what this moon looks like try combining south east florida with endor) [Voyager 1]
2. a non UN/federation/arxur probe spherical in shape and with an estimated plastic/polymer construction around 10 metres in diameter featuring primitive solar panels and some form of unknown communications equipment[Voyager 1]
3. Some form of city or large lit structure (too blurry to make out size/shape)[Voyager 1]
4. a massive black creature flying in the low atmosphere of the moon with 6 wings each around 130 metres in length placed equally around its circumpherence with total estimated length being 500 meteres along its longest measurement[Voyager 1]
5. A picture of the solar system the gas giant is in (a ternary system with the gas giant orbiting the middle star with 13 planetoids orbiting the other stars in a size range of between the sizes of pluto and mars) [Voyager 2]

an audio transmission is also sent with a bizzare but consistent pattern.

How will the various factions respond to the knowledge of these new life forms, and how will these life forms react to the knowledge that the rest of known civilized space is in a 3-way galactic scale war?

And most importantly how did the probes communicate with humanity after so long of floating aimlessly through inter-stellar space?
