Routine: Co-wash once a week. Rake in leave in conditioner, apply vit e/castor oil, apply miss jessie’s pillow soft curls then air dry
The pics are what my hair looks like after spraying with water & gently working the water in. The product has been in my hair for a few days. I don’t rinse it every day because hair products are expensive & I want to get my money’s worth!
I don’t know what to do with my hair style wise. When it dries and I try to fluff it out it looks boxy. I don’t hate the strandy look but I feel like my hair isn’t at it’s full potential and have been trying to tap into a more afro look.
I thought maybe this is due to the bottom half not being grown out & have since been letting it grow. I have considered layers but don’t know if that would fix the issues I’m hesitant on going to a salon. I’ve also considered bangs since I basically attempt to replicate that by fluffing the front so it gives that appearance.
Ultimately, I’m open to suggestions & also wanting to know if layers/bangs is the way to go?
do NOT loc your hair, its gorgeous. i would say def get a haircut and get some twists and you’ll look killer
