Am I doing something wrong?

So back in November I cleared this area and threw down a seed mix of native plants (northeast zone 7).
When I use the phone app to identify these - all come up as species not in the mix and not native. Assuming these are seeds from the wild that were already in the soil. Or do I give it more time and see what they turn into?
