Trying to get into music and found out about Komplete Start but no matter what I do it is not appearing in my Native Access app. I followed the setup video but Komplete Start's instruments are nowhere to be found! I have tried refreshing, I have tried restarting the application, logging out and in again, nothing works! Komplete start is not there even though the website says it should be! All I have are Controller Editor, Kontakt 6 & 7 Players, and Reaktor 6 Player. None of the instruments shown in the how to set up video are there and the Native Access application does not even look the same as in the videos.

This is so un-intuitive and frustrating :T

UPDATE: So, for anyone else who ends up googling and finding this thread there was a several hour delay before it was finally added to my account. If you are running into this same issue it looks like it just takes several hours at this moment for the Komplete Start to be added to your account. Not sure if this is an issue with their site right now or normal.
