The documentary covers the discovery and study of Indian Trail Trees and what they might mean. It demonstrates that the indian culture lost a major part of its heritage in the trees when the US Government forced the migration of indian nations out west. Today modern technology is now showing an entire network of these trees throughout the eastern and midwest parts of the US and their GPS data is showing the location of previously unknown major Indian cultural sites that have become major archeological discoveries.
