Hello Family,
I need the assistance of people who have already interviewed or who have completed the action of uploading required documents to their CEAC portal after receiving an interview letter or prior to their interview day.
The embassy or consulate requested we upload the most recent or updated tax documents, an affidavit of Support, proof of legal status, a W-2, etc. to our CEAC portal prior to the interview.
There are two separate tabs when you click on documents, i.e., Affidavit of Support and Civil Documents.
Could you please advise under what tab (Affidavit of Support and Civil Documents) the following documents should be uploaded prior to the interview:
Updated or new AOS, W2, Tax transcript, etc. Are these documents to be uploaded under the AOS tab (i.e., Additional AOS Supporting Documentation for the Petitioner)?
Updated or new police report and evidence (call logs, chats, photographs, proof of relationship, etc.). Are these documents to be uploaded under the Civil Document tab (i.e., Optional Documents for the Beneficiary)?
OR
- Can I collectively upload all the required new or updated documents under the Civil Document tab of the beneficiary?
Could you please kindly share, after receiving your interview letter, what sections you uploaded specific documents and evidence to prior to your interview appointment?
