How long does it take to UP PES for my case?

Guys I have recently enlisted and I’m in PES E1(SCDF, posted out already) and not for any health reasons but I think mentally but I am mentally perfectly fine. I’ve talked to the MO and he wrote a paperwork for me to go see a psychiatrist next week. After I go for the psychiatrist appointment, how long will it take before I can UP PES? Is there a way I can speed it up too? Please don’t ask why I want to up pes. Is there a way I can up to B1 or BP then B1/A?

Also anyone who knows much about this that can pm me?
