Maybe I’m not playing by right but this game seems SUPER pay to win…?

So I’ve noticed that a lot of players I fight have super weird and cool flashy weapons that make it neat impossible to beat them it’s to the point where I even started spending money myself just to realize (if I’m not wrong) that the only way to get ss grade weapons and stuff is thru a gacha system which I hate because I’ll spend my money just to get stuff I already have. Does anyone know a better way of acquiring good weapons and armor. Without spending unnecessary money
