I feel like one of the main things that always set naruto, and dbz games apart was the fact that most naruto games until storm 1 had some pretty decent or fun exploration to them, biggest examples being ultimate ninja 3 and 4, rise of a ninja and broken bond then storm 1. Being able to jump on building and leap on trees was a pretty big thing, that with those environmental mini games in between fights really made the experience not just stale battles after battles. I really feel like devs should try and capture some of that fun naruto exploration for a newer game, tbh connections was the perfect time but it's a little late for that. Anyone agree tho?
