Do we know exactly when Mei became Mizukage?

As the title suggests, do we know the exact time that Mei became the Mizukage? I'm just wondering because in my story where Naruto becomes Hokage at a fairly young age, I wanted to have it to where Mei just became the Mizukage, and Naruto is the first one to reach out to her, because the other leaders remember the time of "The bloody Mist", however I'm worried that the anime/manga did clarify an exact time, and I just can't remember it.
